Dr. Hall started his plastic surgical method in Boston, MA after completing eleven years of post graduate training, graduating in the leading third of his class from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. He got his MD in 1983. Dr. Hall undertook his residency training in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He obtained unique training in Craniomaxillofacial and Pediatric cosmetic surgery at the International Craniofacial Institute in Dallas, Texas. As a Plastic Surgery citizen at the University of Michigan, Dr. Hall was honored by obtaining the award for the very best Resident presentation at the annual conference of the Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons.
